The Official Michael Jackson Opus is the only new publication approved and endorsed by the estate of Michael Jackson since his untimely death.
The Opus contains exclusive tributes to the legend from the likes of Rev. Jesse Jackson, Quincy Jones, Berry Gordy, John Landis and Spike Lee, alongside over 300 images, many rare and unseen from throughout Michael’s career.
This ultimate tribute to ‘The King of Pop’ was designed by the team here at Kraken Creative working alongside Opus teams in the UK and Los Angeles.
We set out with the aim to produce a timeless design that would serve as a lasting tribute to one of the greatest performers of all time. The prestige of those contributing to the Opus meant that the content did most of the talking. The final result was therefore a very clean design, with a classical approach to typography, which allows the words and spectacular imagery to really shine.
