Storybook Unveiling

The Jumbo Coventry Storybook was unveiled this Bank Holiday Monday in Coventry city-centre. Gary and Zenon were on hand to witness the event along with the parade of elephants that included our very own elephant Kenneth.

Today we finished decorating our baby elephant for the launch of 'The Jumbo Coventry Storybook'.

The elephant will be on display, along with around thirty others, in Coventry’s Lower Precinct this coming August Bank Holiday at the unveiling of the giant storybook.

  • Jumbo Coventry Storybook

We're just putting the finishing touches to the 'Jumbo Coventry Storybook'. The book contains over 300 stories written by Coventry schoolchildren. Illustrations were provided by students from Coventry's Bablake and Cauldon Castle schools, and other Coventry based contributors.

Measuring 62 x 88cm the book is set to be the largest storybook in the world. The official unveiling will take place on Bank Holiday Monday (August 31st) in Coventry's Lower Precinct.

 

The Elephants came in two by two

It's not every day that thirty baby elephants arrive in Coventry but today was something special.

Standing five foot tall, these eye catching fibre glass models arrived that will help celebrate Coventry's world record beating children's story book.

The elephants will be individually decorated by their sponsors and parade through the city this summer.

Watch out for a very green Kraken Creative elephant soon.

 

Ryan Giggs, Thierry Henry and the United Opus

Great Reebok advert created for the build up to this years Champions League final between Manchester United and Barcelona. It stars Thierry Henry and Ryan Giggs indulging in a game of one-upmanship.

The Manchester United Opus makes a surprise appearance at around the 35 second mark.
